Wednesday we will be doing Overhead Squats. These OHS will always test your mobility. You will find out real quick if your core is weak, shoulders, ankles, hips, or mid back are tight AF.
Get to the gym early. Make the time to roll out. Those foam rollers aren’t just to smack your buddy around. If you need help, ask a coach.
